  • 9:35 – 10:50, Alumni 201: Guest Lecture by Sam’s K Le Jah, reggae musician and political activist from Burkina Faso
  • 5:00 PM, Buttrick 102: Screening of the film Ngũgĩ wa Thiong’o: The River Between African and European Languages, followed by a roundtable discussion with filmmaker and friend of Thiong’o
