Ryan prepping the Bruker Hyperion FTIR microscope for the next experiment.

Hyperion 2000 microscope. Capable of measuring FTIR spectra from regions of interest on the order of 5-50 um depending on spectral range.
Dr. Tom Folland (Postdoctoral Fellow). Joined the Caldwell Lab at the very beginning, was critical to getting the lab setup and initial results getting accumulated. He comes to us from University of Manchester in the UK, where he did his PhD work on THz quantum cascade lasers.
