We are looking for postdoctoral fellows, graduate students, computational scientists, molecular biologists, and a lab manager. We welcome applications from creative and dedicated individuals seeking flexible working arrangements.
We are part of a vibrant, collaborative, and multidisciplinary community, and we work on a wide range of biological and computational problems with an extraordinary network of researchers. We are a part of several international consortia. Our research program includes the development of new computational methodologies to study the genetic basis of human disease and their integration with innovative experimental techniques from functional genomics, such as genome editing and single-cell omics profiling. We are interested in combining molecular, computational, and mathematical models to gain insights into the biology of genomes and to make great strides in genomic medicine. Here you will find our current research activities.
