The manuscript co-first authored by Nalin Leelatian and Deon Doxie describing the application of single cell mass cytometry to human tumors and tissue was chosen as the Cytometry B “Editor’s Best for 2016-2017.” The original manuscript in Cytometry B was completed as part of a large collaboration and has since been described as a step-by-step protocol in Current Protocols in Molecular Biology.
As part of this award, Dr. Leelatian traveled to the 2017 European Society for Clinical Cell Analysis (ESCCA) meeting in Thessaloniki, Greece and gave a 30 min invite talk on the work.
