In-vitro circadian oscillation in Eukaryotic systems.

The roles of Ube3a and Arntl2 in circadian rhythms and their functions in physiology and pathology.

Single Nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of circadian clock genes  in Major Depressive Disorders and their possible roles in diseases.

Regulation of miRNA biogenesis in lymphoma formation (in collaboration with Dr. Chris Eischen during my postdoctoral training).
