Module 2: Summative Activity

Ensuring that students with the greatest needs are taught by your most effective teachers is an important goal in making teacher assignments. Teacher effectiveness and other school data can be used to examine student distributions by  their teacher characteristics  to help you assess the current match between student characteristics and teacher effectiveness. The goal of this activity is for you to use a teacher effectiveness dataset to assess equity in the case example of a  school’s distribution of teachers.
