Traveling with RGH Funds:

If you have been awarded funding from the Russell G Hamilton (RGH) Mini Travel Grant fund, you can use these funds in coordination with other Peabody and/or Graduate School funds for travel. As always, please be sure you follow university and Peabody travel policies to access these funds.

Remember, everyone needs a Travel Auth before traveling… even if approved for funding. The department still needs to have this information.

Products/Services with RGH Funds:

As with travel, your approval to use the Russell G Hamilton (RGH) Funds for products and services need to be authorized at the departmental level.

Submit requests to dtl.requests@vanderbilt.edu and list RGH Funds as [part] of the funding source.
