Please note that the WordPress credentials (listed to the lower right under Meta>Register and Meta>Login) are used for managing the content of this website and do not provide access to the challenge management system or the data access system. Please contact votem-organizers@googlegroups.com if you have any questions.
Please note that in order to access the data on Synapse you will have to be a registered Synapse user. Once registered please join the below listed teams to participate in the respective challenge:
Steps to access the data:
1.) Create a synapse profile ensure that you are a registered user. Link to synapse: https://www.synapse.org/
2.) Once you are logged in please register for a challenge by joining the team on synapse. The links to the teams are as follows:
- VoTEM Phantom: https://www.synapse.org/#!Team:3366237
- VoTEM Squirrel Monkey: https://www.synapse.org/#!Team:3366238
- VoTEM Macaque: https://www.synapse.org/#!Team:3366239
3.) Once you click on the link, a blue button “Join” can be seen on the top left side of the webpage. Click on it to join the team.
4.) Click on your user id button on the synapse webpage, it is located on the top right side of the webpage.
5.) Under the tab of Projects, the corresponding challenge can be seen for example: “Votem_Macaque_ISBI_2018”
6.) Click on the project and select the file tab. It will lead you to the filesystem where the data can be safely downloaded.
