! RESOLVED VUIT Outage: Daily business processes impacted by Tivoli failure !

Resolved as of 9:20 p.m.: All issues have been resolved, and all scheduled processes will run tonight as planned.

 

As of Friday morning, March 6, a Tivoli failure has caused outages in applications that support business practices.

The following business practices have been impacted by this outage:

  • Financial month-end reporting
  • APPO processing
  • DAR gift processing

As a result, such services, including eDog, Waldo and Hyperion, may not contain data that had been updated from yesterday’s normal business changes. Technical staff are currently working towards resolving this issue. Please check back for updates.

Update as of 4 p.m.: VUIT expects all issues to be resolved by 10:15 p.m. today.
