Ping single sign-on outage causing log-in issues with some cloud applications

On Wednesday, Oct. 12, Vanderbilt University users have experienced issues logging in to some cloud services (such as Box, Concur, Gartner, etc.) because Ping’s single sign-on feature has been down. Vanderbilt IT restored log-in functionality around noon and is working with vendors to fully correct the problem. Users may continue to experience slowness while logging into these services.
