Beginning at 12 a.m. on Sunday, May 21, Vanderbilt IT will install patches and restart all AVST voicemail servers.

The restart will cause 35 to 45 minutes of downtime:

1) Outside callers will receive a prompt that their messages may be delayed because of system maintenance.

2) Users will not be able to log into their voicemail mailboxes.

3) Out-call notifications will be delayed for messages so marked.

 

Skype for Business (Lync) voicemail will not be affected by this maintenance.
