VUIT Scheduled Maintenance for Collaboration servers

Beginning at 10:00 p.m. on Friday, March 30, ending Saturday, March 31, at 6:00 a.m., Vanderbilt IT will install Microsoft Windows Server security updates on Exchange and Lync servers. This scheduled maintenance will require a reboot of the servers after updates are applied. The maintenance will ensure the continued security of Windows operating systems. Redundant systems are patched in offsets to minimize the loss of service and carried out during off-peak hours to reduce impact.
