VUIT Scheduled Maintenance for SerVU

On Wednesday, September 18, between 7 p.m. and 11 p.m., Vanderbilt IT will upgrade the production environment in SerVU to version 9.5.3.  Users will not be able to log into the SerVU client once the upgrade begins.

 

Users who access SerVU with the rich client (blue icon) will be prompted to upgrade the client the first time they log in after the system upgrade.

Click the “Yes” button to download and install the new client:

No action will be required by users who access SerVU through VMWare Horizon or the web client (https://vanderbilt.cherwellondemand.com/CherwellClient/Access).
