VUIT Scheduled Maintenance: AVST Voicemail Servers
VUIT will upgrade the AVST voicemail servers beginning Saturday, Dec. 13 at 10 p.m. and ending Sunday, Dec. 14 at 4 a.m. There will be an approximate five-minute outage to the voicemail system between 2 and 4 a.m. During the outage, users will not be able to access or leave voicemails.
Voicemails received during the upgrade will be available by calling 875-0000 when the upgrade is complete. Users will be notified if a voicemail is received during that time.
Lync voicemail will not be affected by this upgrade.
