Peabody International Lunch Series: Migrant Children in the U.S. and China
Presented by Humphrey Fellow Akina Shen and Peabody Graduate Student Elizabeth Rose
Location: Wyatt 102, Peabody College

Both China and the US have large numbers of migrant children in their schools. US migrants arrive from other countries, while Chinese families migrate from the countryside to urban centers. Come learn and engage in a discussion about the different challenges that both countries face in integrating these students into the education system.
