The Muliebrity Prize honors an undergraduate or graduate student(s) who
demonstrates leadership in activities that contribute to the achievements,
interests, and goals of women or that promote gender equity. Nominations may be made by faculty, staff, and/or advisors; students may also nominate themselves or their
peers. The award will be given at the annual Magnolia Awards Dinner
coordinated by the Student Leadership Development Office, where the honoree
will be presented with a certificate and small cash award. To Apply: Visit the Magnolia Award Website and click on the Student Award Application Tab. Then scroll down until you
see the Muliebrity Award. If you experience any difficulty, please

Mary Jane Werthan Award
The Mary Jane Werthan Award isgiven annually to honor an individual who has contributed to the advancement of women at Vanderbilt on a systemic level. It is named in honor of Mary
Jane Werthan, the first woman member of the Vanderbilt Board of Trust. The award will be given at the Cuninggim Lecture on March 25, 2014, where the honoree will be presented with a monetary prize and special award. To Apply:visit the Awards Page of the Margaret Cuninggim Women’s Center website and fill out the nomination form.
Mentoring Award
The Mentoring Award is given annually to recognize achievements by and in support of women on campus. This award honors a member of the Vanderbilt University community who fosters the professional and intellectual development of Vanderbilt women. The award will be given at the Cuninggim Lecture on March 25, 2014, where the honoree will be presented with a special award. To Apply: visit the Awards Page of the Margaret Cuninggim Women’s Center website and fill out the nomination form.
