Fall 2014 Events for VU-WiSE, Vanderbilt University Women in Science and Engineering:

September 18 at 4 PM:  Five-Minute Elevator Talk Salon.  Please come join us for food and a discussion of some of the cool science and engineering projects of some of our members!

September 29 at 12 PM:  Networking with LinkedIn Lunch.  Please come join us to discuss LinkedIn with Dr. Kim Petrie. Lunch is included with RSVP.

Mid-October at 12 PM:  Advocating for Myself and Others Lunch:  Please come join us for a faculty/student discussion on this important topic. Lunch is included with RSVP.

October 24:  Social with faculty advisor Dean Vicki Greene.  Let’s get together! Come out and meet other members of VU-WiSE within the Vanderbilt Community.

November 11:  Balancing Family and a Science Career Panel Discussion:  Come hear from a panel of faculty, students and post-doctoral fellows on balancing family life with a career in science.

Early December:  Cookies and Coffee Social.  Come unwind with us as we wrap up the Fall Semester.
