System Security Design

Summary

My early research focused on the design and analysis security and privacy in clinical information systems, network applications and embedded systems, which play a crucial role in the creation and maintenance of critical infrastructure, such as public health and electricity generation. Through the design of a set of extensible tools, we demonstrated that existing design environments can greatly benefit from extensions that allow functionality and system architecture aspects of system design to be represented together with explicit models of security considerations.
