Code of Conduct concerning sexual harassment and other forms of harassment

The conference policy is:

  • The conference organizers are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful workplace environment, free from all forms of harassment, including sexual harassment. Participants of the conference have a responsibility to ensure that the conference is free from harassment of any kind.
  • This conference policy derives from the Vanderbilt University detailed sexual misconduct policy: https://www.vanderbilt.edu/title-ix/2022_23_SexualMisconductPolicy_1_Aug.pdf.
  • This Vanderbilt online form can be used for making a complaint and for reporting violations.
  • Vanderbilt requires the conference organizers to report immediately to the Title IX Coordinator any knowledge they may have regarding possible violations of the policy. If a complaint is received by the organizers, the violation will be handled by involving Vanderbilt authorities, such as the Title IX Office, https://www.vanderbilt.edu/title-ix/ or Vanderbilt Police Department.
