RESCHEDULED – VUIT Scheduled Maintenance: Lync Migration, Phase 3
The following change has been rescheduled to occur on Tuesday, March 31 from 10 p.m. to Wednesday, April 1 at 6 a.m.
Vanderbilt IT will migrate medical center users from the Lync 2010 environment to the Lync 2013 environment beginning Saturday, March 21 at 10 p.m. and ending Sunday, March 22 at 2 a.m.
Once the migration is complete, affected users will be temporarily disconnected after being migrated so the client can connect to a new pool front-end server.
Affected users will need to manually sign in to mobile devices after being migrated, and meeting organizers may be prompted to update recurring meetings.
