AccessVU to be unavailable from 2 to 5 a.m. on Sept. 24
From 2 to 5 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 24, VUMC IT will redirect its AccessVU identity systems to point to new AVUPROD database servers.
During the three-hour change, university and Medical Center users will not be able to utilize AccessVU admin and end user tools (including tools to change passwords). This change will not impact authentication, and users will be able to log into systems without disruption. To submit an urgent request to change a password during AccessVU’s downtime, submit a high-priority Pegasus ticket.
