VU Identity Suite Service Interruption, Saturday April 20
On Saturday, April 20, from 7 a.m. to noon, VUIT will move the VU Identity Suite (SailPoint/VUIDM/EmployeeClaim/StudentClaim) from WebLogic application servers to Tomcat and AWS due to licensing requirements.
Service interruption is expected primarily between 7 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. when SailPoint may be briefly unavailable. No updates will be lost during this process, but transactions may queue for a limited time while the change is in progress; authentication will be unaffected. A service outage page will be displayed during any periods of downtime.
