Windows 2016 OS patches on voicemail servers

On Sunday, October 27, from midnight to 4 a.m., Windows 2016 OS patches will be installed to maintain security on voicemail servers. This will impact VU and VUMC users of traditional voicemail. (Skype voicemail will not be affected.)

After the patches are installed, the restart of the server will cause the following:
1. Outside callers will receive a prompt that their message will be delayed because of
system maintenance.
2. Users will not be able to log in to their voicemail.
3. Out-call notifications (informing a recipient that they have a voicemail) will be delayed.
