VUIT Scheduled Maintenance: Patch Voicemail Servers
Feb. 5, 2014—Outage Date: 08/18/2013 VUIT will apply OS patches to the voicemail servers on Sunday, 8/18, between 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM. During this time, there will be a 15-20 minute period where callers will be notified of a delay in message delivery and users will be unable to access their mailbox.

Feb. 5, 2014—Outage Date: 08/09/2013 VUIT will upgrade AccessVU beginning Friday, 8/09, at 8:00 PM and ending at 11:45 PM. During this time, users logged into AccessVU may experience a session disruption, and be prompted for their login credentials again.

Feb. 5, 2014—Outage Date: 08/03/2013 VUIT will upgrade the hardware for the Hill Data Center Firewall beginning Saturday, 8/3, at 5:00 AM and ending at 7:00 AM. During this time, services behind the firewall could potentially experience a 2-3 minute outage when traffic is failed over to the new environment.
