Jan. 24, 2020—THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED. The VU voice network is currently experiencing intermittent static on voice calls received from outside of the Vanderbilt system. The issue has been identified as an area-wide problem within the AT&T network and is affecting other customers in the Tennessee area. AT&T is working on the problem now.
