Papers by several center affiliates, including Matt Springer, Dale Ballou, and Dan McCaffrey, will be presented at the spring 2011 conference for the Society for Research on Educational Effectiveness (SREE) held March 3-5 in Washington, D.C. The papers to be presented by NCPI affiliates are part of a panel focused on the education policy effects of teacher and school performance incentives, and include:

• “Teacher Pay for Performance: Experimental Evidence from the Project on Incentives in Teaching (POINT)” by Matt Springer, Dale Ballou, Laura Hamilton, Vi-Nhuan Le, J.R. Lockwood, Dan McCaffrey, and Brian Stecher
• “Team Pay for Performance: Experimental Evidence from Round Rock’s Project on Incentives in Teaching” by Dan McCaffrey, John Payne, Matt Springer, and Ann Haas
