Project Development
Below are resources that will help you to find, develop, and implement global health projects.
Site Placement Opportunities
On our Site Placement Opportunities page, you will find descriptions of past global health projects by Vanderbilt students. These sites have a history of collaboration with Vanderbilt and they may have opportunities for you to continue work that a previous student began. Additionally, you will find two helpful databases of international projects and opportunities.
Project Resources
Our Project Resources webpage contains a variety of helpful links and databases to help you develop your project abroad.
Educational Resources
There are numerous online resources that will help you boost your global health knowledge. On our Educational Resources webpage, you’ll find resources that range from handbooks to full courses and certificate programs, and that span the gamut of topics from infectious diseases to malnutrition to health systems strengthening.
Global Health Modules
Our team of VIGH-affiliated faculty has created a series of video presentations on a variety of global health topics. You can access these videos on our VIGH Global Health Training Videos YouTube channel or by visiting our Global Health Modules page. (Note: some videos may require “login” to Spark – please use your VUnetID to login).
Post-graduation Opportunities
Looking for global health opportunities after you graduate? On our Post-graduation Opportunities tab you’ll find information for fellowships, internships, job posting sites, and volunteer opportunities in global health.
