Alex and Damin presented their research at the 2023 Engineering Mechanics Institute held at Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA on June 6-9, 2023. The title of Damin’s presentation was: “Computationally Efficient Modeling of Microstructurally Short Cracks in Polycrystalline Materials”. The title of Alex’s presentation was: “Prediction of Kink Bands and Splitting in Multidirectional Double-edge Notch Compression Specimens”.
