NCPI director discusses TIF program in Education Week
In a recent Education Week article on the progress of the federally-funded TIF program, NCPI director Matthew Springer discusses the valuable lessons that can and should be learned from the experiences of TIF grantees. He notes that the program provides an opportunity to examine the implementation experiences along with outcomes resulting from thes performance incentive programs; lessons that can advance education policy.
