At the 2007 Annual Meeting of the Midwestern Political Science Association, Matthew Springer, Warren Langevin, and Brian McInnis will present a paper titled, “Policy Entrepreneurship and Performance-Based Teacher Compensation.” The paper explores the relationship of state legislation and policy incentives on the number of National Board certified teachers over a thirteen year period (1993-2005). The conference will be held in Chicago at the Palmer House Hilton. The presentation is scheduled for Thursday, April 12 at 8:00 am.
