Tips & Tricks: Reviewing Multiple Items in an Expense Report

If you’re reviewing an expense report with multiple items, you can save time when reviewing the expense details by using a drop-down list within an expense item.

To do this:

  1. Open an Expense Report and click on one of the expenses from the list.
  2. After reviewing the first expense, click the small drop-down arrow next to the title.
  3. The drop-down list of all expenses in the report will be displayed – click the next expense from the list to open the details and continue your review.


This tip also works for users who are creating expense reports and want to move from item to item without returning to the main page!
