Instructions:

  1. Create two separate axial seed regions (at approx. axial slice 56), one for each side.

  1. Create one ROA region and draw two sagittal ROA slice near the midline – medial to the left seed (at approx. sagittal slice 71), medial to the right seed (at approx. sagittal slice 85)
  1. In the region list, check only the left seed region, then run fiber tracking. Based on this output, ROA placement will be clearer.
  1. Using the same ROA file and draw two more regions:
      1. on an axial slice superior to the seed region (at approx. axial slice 106)
      2. on a coronal slice posterior to the seed region (at approx. coronal slice 91-95)
  1. In the region list, check only the left seed region and ROA regions, then perform fiber tracking. Under the tract list, make sure only the desired left tract is checked and highlighted in purple. Save region, tract, and density files.
  1. Uncheck the left seed region and check the right seed region and ROA region, then perform fiber tracking. Make sure only the desired right tract is checked and highlighted in purple. Save region, tract, and density files.

Where should these seeds be located? Could anatomical/color/orientation descriptions be provided?
