Fornix – fx

Instructions:

1. Create two separate coronal seed regions (at approx. coronal slice 104), one for each side

2. Create one coronal ROI regions (at approx. coronal slice 79), this will be used to generate the left fornix and right fornix.

3. In the region list, check the left seed/ROI regions and ROA region, then run fiber tracking. Based on this output, ROA placement will be clearer.

4. Create one ROA region and draw two different regions:
   1. on a coronal slice posterior to the seed regions
   2. on an axial slice inferior to the seed regions

5. In the region list, check only the left seed region and ROA regions, then perform fiber tracking. Under the tract list, make sure only the desired left tract is checked and highlighted in purple. Save region, tract, and density files.

6. Uncheck the left seed region and check the right seed region and ROA region, then perform fiber tracking. Under the tract list, make sure only the desired right tract is checked and highlighted in purple. Save region, tract, and density files.
