Instructions:
1) Create four separate coronal seed regions (at approx. coronal slice 63 and 105), two for each side.

  1. Create one ROA region on a sagittal slice at the midline (at approx. sagittal slice 78).
  1. In the region list, check only the left seed regions and ROA region, then perform fiber tracking. Under the tract list, make sure only the desired left tract is checked and highlighted in purple. Save region, tract, and density files.
  1. Uncheck the left seed regions and check the right seed regions and ROA region, then perform fiber tracking. Under the tract list, make sure only the desired right tract is checked and highlighted in purple. Save region, tract, and density files.
