Instructions:

1. Create two separate axial seed regions (at approx. axial slice 59): one for each side.

2. Create an ROA region and draw a sagittal ROA slice at the midline (at approx. sagittal slice 78).

3. Check the left seed/ROI regions and ROA region, then run fiber tracking. Based on this output, the other ROA placement will be clearer.

4. Using the same ROA file, draw 2-3 different regions:
   1. on a coronal slice anterior to the seed region
   2. on coronal slices posterior to the seed region

5. In the region list, check only the left seed region and ROA regions, then perform fiber tracking. Under the tract list, make sure only the desired left tract is checked and highlighted in purple. Save region, tract, and density files.

6. Uncheck the left seed region and check the right seed region and ROA region, then perform fiber tracking. Under the tract list, make sure only the desired right tract is checked and highlighted in purple. Save region, tract, and density files.
