Instructions:

  1. Create two separate axial seed regions (at approx. axial slice 64), one for each side.

  1. Create one ROA region and draw a sagittal ROA slice at the midline
  1. In the region list, check only the left seed region, then run fiber tracking. Based on this output, ROA placement will be clearer.
  1. Using the same ROA file and draw three more regions:
      1. on an axial slice superior to the seed region
      2. on an axial slice inferior to the seed region
      3. on a coronal slice superior to the seed region
  1. In the region list, check only the left seed region and ROA regions, then perform fiber tracking. Under the tract list, make sure only the desired left tract is checked and highlighted in purple. Save region, tract, and density files.
  1. Uncheck the left seed region and check the right seed region and ROA region, then perform fiber tracking. Make sure only the desired right tract is checked and highlighted in purple. Save region, tract, and density files.

  1. Kurt says:

I would not recommend a seed that is in-the-plane of the orientation of the bundle. This will be highly restrictive. Should work on better defining where this pathway is
